We have designed, extended and converted a number of nursing homes for various operators including Crown Nursing Homes and Forestry Healthcare. Several of the projects included extending and upgrading existing homes and the works were completed without affecting the day-to-day operation of the homes.
Developments in other Healthcare sectors include conversion of a Listed Building to a dental surgery, and the design and project management of a new build veterinary surgery. We have particular expertise in advising clients and implementing building works to ensure compliance with the Disability and Equality Act (previously the Disability Discrimination Act).
