Private Housing

We have considerable experience in the design and construction of individual houses, large extensions and property remodelling for private clients.

We offer the self build client advice about obtaining Planning Permission, construction costs, selection of building contractor and utilising either traditional or timber framed construction methods. We provide a personal design package ranging from "Permissions Only" (obtaining Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations approval) right through to a complete Project Management Service.

We offer advice on integrating renewable energy technologies into the building fabric.

We also provide planning and development advice to Private Developers for both new build and conversion projects. We have particular expertise resolving the complex problems relating to converting and extending Listed Buildings and traditional Barns.
